California Bicycle Accident Ends In Death

Thomas Joseph Meeks, 19, of San Bernardino, was killed and his stepbrother critically injured in San Bernardino after being fatally struck by a hit and run driver. The San Bernardino Sun reports that the bicycle accident occurred on 40th st. near Johnson street. The two teens were riding together and were on their way home when they were struck by a hit and run driver.

California’s Most Sensational Bicycle Accident

Dr Christopher Thompson, the California  doctor that assaulted two bicyclists by pulling in front of them with his car and slamming on the brakes, was recently sentenced to 5 years in state prison for mayhem; assault with a deadly weapon, his car; battery with serious injury; and reckless driving causing injury.

Even the Best Can Get in a Bicycle Accident

As reported on FoxNews.com, decorated cyclist Todd Lodwick was in a bicycle accident while training in France. Lodwick has won many gold medals in a number of competitions for his cycling skills. It only took a moment of distraction for Lodwick to find himself in a head on collision with a moving car. Luckily for Lodwick, he didn’t sustain any critical injuries. With only bumps and bruises, Lodwick was able to walk away from a bike accident that could have ended his life.
