Johnson & Johnson claims it should not be held liable for tendon injuries suffered by a patient who took the drug.
Johnson & Johnson is arguing that it should not be held responsible for injuries sustained by an elderly man who took the antibiotic Levaquin, claiming the product’s labeling was sufficient to warn patients of the drug’s potential risks. (more…)
