LettersDear Randal, Thank you so much for all you're doing. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate it. As I told Larry yesterday, I have recommended (and will keep doing so) Nadrich & Associates to people who have been injured in accidents. Having an attorney is the real "insurance." Insurance companies are just "fair weather friends," smiling as they take your money…until you make a claim, then they don't know you. Without you, Larry and Lizbet's kindness, consideration and compassion during all of this, the pain and hassle would have been magnified an untold amount. Your compassion towards me after the horrible examination by (the doctor) was very kind. The whole thing was absurd enough...but after (the doctor) whacking the hell out of my knee and then (the doctor's) slimy little "hands on" chest exam...and mortician's bed-side manner...well, it was just too much...coupled with everything else I'm dealing with. I'm pretty tired of having to "tough it out" through things. I only hope you all realize how special you are as an attorney and gentleman. Last night I faxed the authorization from Kinko's to the main NA number. I hope that is what you need for this. I cannot write very fast anymore, (the left hand you know) and my computer had just crashed, so I did the best I could to remember what you'd said. Would you prefer to cancel our appointment next week or keep it to sign the release, etc? Of course, as I said, I would love to take you and Larry (Lizbet too if her boss will let her off :D) to lunch...but I know your time is pressed always...so if not, I can just come in and sign the release papers. Whatever works best for you, let me know. Again, thank you so much. You're a miracle worker for sure...I think Jeffrey's cornered the market on Angels. Have a wonderful day! June 6, 2003 "Knight in Shining Armor!" Oh wow. You made me cry. I'd really lost all hope! Sure, I've had more than my share of injuries...that's why they're called "accidents." I just get up, keep moving and work through the pain. What else can I do? But my medical history sure makes me sound like Calamity Jane, which makes it pretty tough on your end. When I told you (Jeffrey) about the freezer-door concussion and all that at the consultation - you just smiled and said you'd won cases with much worse medical history than mine. But whatever the settlement, I know you've done the very best you can, and you must know how deeply I appreciate it. More than that I cannot ask. All of your compassion and concern has gone a long way in helping my recovery. Just knowing you all are fighting so hard on my behalf has meant a great deal. I've told many people about you and Nadrich & Associates, and will continue to do so, regardless. But now it's time for you to fess up. Where do you keep your White Charger? ;) M. S. I was involved in a car accident last May in Los Angeles, CA. Even though the accident was not my fault, the insurance companies from both parties were giving me the run around. I initially hired a family friend's son as my lawyer but it did not end up being a very good match. I wanted an experienced and aggressive law firm that would fight for me and get me the best possible settlement for my totaled car and could refer me to a good doctor. I loved the chiropractor they referred me to and it was very convenient to my home and office. Even though the car accident was a negative experience, dealing with Larry and Melissa on a weekly and sometimes daily basis was always a pleasure. They tended to my medical needs efficiently, answered all my questions, and were always upbeat and professional. I would definitely recommend Nadrich & Associates to anyone involved in an accident. Thank you for all of your hard work and help! Best Regards, Dear Jeff: Now that we're about to receive our settlement, I see it's not just about how much you win, but how much you walk away with. So I must put in a word about Larry Jordan. I estimate that Larry probably doubled the amount we'll be taking home as a result of his hard work, hondling, cajoling, threatening, etc. He could have just as well made it easier for himself and let some things go, but he really fought for us right down the line. I know you and Martin pitched in as well. So one final thank you from Robin and me is in order. Sincerely, Dear Mr. Nadrich, I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to you and your associates for all the help I received in settling my case. I cannot begin to tell you how much I’ve appreciated everything from beginning to end. It was a real pleasure getting to work with all of you. I was very apprehensive and concerned when you and I first spoke, but after our first conversation I realized that the perfect people were representing me. Your reassurance alleviated all my fears and anxiety. I knew at that time I was in good hands. After the accident I was so upset. The car I was driving did not belong to me and as you can well imagine, I felt terrible that something happened to someone else’s property while in my possession. There are no words to express how truly sorry I was. I was so worried about the car I gave no thought to my own injuries. I am very thankful to you and everyone else who helped in getting both problems taken care of. My first encounter with your associates was with Mr. Adolfo, who came to my work to fill out all the necessary paperwork and documentation. He was extremely polite and it was a pleasure to meet with him. He made me feel so at ease with everything. I am grateful to him for taking all the time to come all the way to my work to make it easier for me. That was a tremendous relief and I appreciated his time. The second meeting was done verbally over the phone with Sylvia Munoz. I truly enjoyed getting to meet her. She was so patient in explaining the process and worked very close with me in getting all the necessary appointments made. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all of her hard efforts. With each and every phone call I made to your office, she wasted no time in getting back to me. Working in a high volume office myself, I can’t express to you how much that meant. She is an absolute doll! And thirdly, a big thanks to Mr. Larry Jordan! It too was a real pleasure to speak with him. He also was very informative and worked very hard at getting everything turned around to my benefit. I am so grateful for his hard work and efforts. He too wasted no time in responding to my calls and was very diligent in reassuring me that he would do whatever he could to get maximum results in the settlement. I do appreciate what he accomplished. Thanks again Mr. Nadrich. I do appreciate everything. It will never be forgotten. Please know that it will be a pleasure for me to recommend to anyone in need of representation to your firm. It will be the best advice I could ever give! My regards to everyone! Very truly yours, Mr. Nadrich, We wanted to say thanks to you and all your staff who worked on Ryan’s case. We were always treated with the most respect and kindness by all of you. You can be sure that when Ryan turns 18, he will have a decent start with his college fund! Wishing you and your staff all the best, I am very pleased with Nadrich & Associates. My case was handled very professionally and the result was a very fast and fair settlement. I highly recommend Nadrich & Associates to anyone in need of legal assistance. I will refer them to my family and friends and am completely satisfied with this law firm. Former Client Dear Larry Jordan: Thank you for thoroughly answering my questions regarding my automobile accident in a friendly and professional manner. I am especially grateful to learn that Randal Cohen made a final and successful attempt to increase my recovery amount beyond what I had expected to receive. I am satisfied and convinced that every effort was made to maximize the recovery amount for my loss and injuries. I am pleased to recommend the Law Offices of Nadrich and Associates to anyone seeking a friendly, professional, and aggressive accident attorney. Sincerely, Dear Mr. Nadrich, I write to you now to simply express my appreciation for the caring and quality work done by your staff on my behalf. This began with the efforts of Sylvia Munoz and continued through the end-game work of Lawrence Jordan. Sylvia was always concerned, timely and clear in her communications. Through the slower, earlier stages of my recovery and the case, she was always supportive – including her capacity to express appreciation to me when I gave her complete information. As Sylvia’s work moved into a conclusion, my contact person became Lizbeth Agripino, who also worked to keep me apprised of the case progress as Randal Cohen moved us through the required dance to get us to mediation. All of my contacts with Randal underscored his legal knowledge in this field, as well as his comprehensive knowledge of what would occur. As we settled the case and Larry Jordan took up the baton, he was quick to apprise me of what he would do and about how long the process would take. His timely responses to each of my inquiries were appreciated. From the foregoing, it is clear that should I or someone I know unfortunately be involved in an accident, your firm will be at the top of my list. I regularly tell my students that when they read of a monetary award in a civil action, in most cases the injured party would far prefer to not have been injured – the cash simply cannot compensate for the life impact. Now that I have been through this process, I can state with a different level of authority that this is true. Yet the skill and care of your team, under Randal’s leadership, made this process as painless as possible. Sincerely, P.S. Dena and I will use part of my recovery for a 2-week bike trip in New Zealand this December! Sylvia, Attach please a letter that I am putting in the mail today to Jeff Nadrich. I truly appreciated the way you supported me throughout the process. After my accident I was not a terribly happy person – and as the vertigo and stomach problems continued, my internal frustration grew. You were always kind and caring in our communications – thank you! - M Dear Jeff, Thank you very much for your expert handling of my parent’s
case. I know a lot of lawyers and I was not disappointed by your efforts. Sincerely Yours, When I first had my motorcycle collision, I retained an attorney recommended by a friend, after keeping me in the dark for over 6 months. The attorney told me I had a weak case and should drop it. I found Nadrich & Associates through a lawyer referral. From the very start the accident investigator and office staff have had a positive attitude and kept me advised of every step. My attorney Randal Cohen has been first rate, my medical problems have been taken care of and I have received a very fair settlement in a short period of time. I recommend Nadrich & Associates to any motor cycle rider. J. S. Dear Jeff, We received your financial contribution here at For Grace, and have
acknowledged your gift with a link at our Copper level. With grace, To Nadrich & Associates: Thank you for all of your hard work, attention to detail and always being available day or night! Have a wonderful and successful year! Thanks a million, October 22, 2004 Dear Jeff, Thank you very much for your expert handling of my parents' case. I know a lot of lawyers and I was not disappointed by your efforts. I will make sure I refer other matters to your office when the opportunity arises. Sincerely yours, February 24, 2004 Re: Bicycle accident case of Dec. 14, 2002 Jeffrey Nadrich, Martin Fine, Melissa Verduzco, and Larry Jordan, Let me give a small bit of background first. After I was injured in my accident, I sought insurance company relief directly. They were accommodating at first. Later when they made a small offer to settle this matter, I sought the advice of an attorney. Key to the presentation I was to make to prospective counsel was the obvious insurance company belief in their own policy holders culpability. I searched through online communities of fellow bicyclists. I repeatedly came across recommendations for Mr. X. I also found a small ad of his in a local bicyclists newsletter. There I found the names of other attorneys too. But I sought Mr. X first. I was impressed by his extensive bicycling involvement. During our phone conversation, he was personally knowledgeable about the exact spot of my accident. Yet in the end he did not think my case had much merit, if any. A separated shoulder, he told me, was not a major injury. He specifically told me to see a doctor on my own time and nickel, to procure a medical opinion that my shoulder injuries were in need of future correction. From there I was to present him with a medical report, at which time he would decide if my case was worth taking. Imagine that. Second was an attorney in Sacramento. He seemed quite aggressive and interested. But the longer we talked the less confidence I had in him. Ultimately, after he considered what I had told him, he no longer believed my case to be worth much. Third was an attorney whose secretary had me leave a long, detailed voice message outlining my injuries and the case history so far. I am still waiting for his return call. Apparently neither he considered my injuries worth much. At this point I was not optimistic. In fact, I was downright depressed. I sat with serious shoulder injuries, having read about potential crippling arthritis and radial surgery to save future arm use, and wondered why on Earth I was not due some compensation. Enter Nadrich & Cohen, LLP. I cannot recall exactly how I discovered your firm, but possible an ad in that same bicycling newsletter. During our first phone conversation, Jeffrey Nadrich invited me for a face to face meeting. The firm was professional and impressive. In person, Mr. Nadrich was equally professional, but also considerate, friendly, and optimistic. For what more could someone ask in an attorney? Mr. Nadrich listened to me and saw the merit of my case, plain and simple. I also found him a bit charming, with an interesting history and sharing similar interests. From then on, Melissa Verduzco and I talked countless times on the phone. I received nothing but consideration and helpfulness at every step of the way. She was prompt in her return calls, handled documents quickly, and was in every way imaginable good to me. She was always on top of the case details, never at a loss. In the final negotiations, Martin Fine phoned me with details of the potential settlement. He was nothing short of utterly professional. Too, his phone demeanor was friendly and optimistic, so welcome to me. His voice and assurance gave me total confidence in him and the agreement reached. In the end I have to fact two iffy shoulders, and my belief in the settlement is necessary for my sanity. I cannot thank him enough for his efforts. To close the case I have dealt with you Larry Jordan. From the get go Larry has been helpful and considerate. Not once did he hesitate even for a moment to amend, refax, recheck, and seek further help on my behalf. I caused quite a bit of extra work for him. I cannot thank him enough for bending over backwards. Our phone conversations have been exceptionally friendly and I have welcomed them all. In conclusion, I think Nadrich & Cohen, LLP is an outstanding team. From day one I have been impressed. Each person that talked to me was extraordinary. My case settled for what I believe a good sum for my injuries. I received nothing but courteousness and friendliness in my personal dealings. My thoughts were always considered, and I was never left in the dark about the status of my case and actions on my behalf. I received exceptional representation and simply could not be more pleased about it. I will not hesitate to refer my friends, family, and associates to your firm if such a need arises. I certainly will not hesitate if, God forbid, I am injured in the future. Please share this letter with those who worked on my case. Thank you all for your time and effort on my behalf. It is truly appreciated. D.R. February 12, 2004 Dear Randal Thank you for the good work you did on my behalf in our law suit against the City and for being so fair. You helped keep the stress to a minimum because it was very easy to work with you. I appreciate what you accomplished. Sincerely yours, Dear Jeff As you undoubtedly know, our case was settled. Needless to say, Robin is very pleased with the settlement as well as relieved that this whole episode is over for her. Just to follow up on my last letter, I spoke to Martin Fine about the issues raised in the letter and felt satisfied that he was on top of things. I finally met him for the first time at the mediation last week and was very impressed with how he handled the case. I know there were difficulties in the lack of strong medical testimony to back up Robin's position as well as in the fact that she did not want to go to trial. Martin persisted, finally came up with a doctor who gave very strong testimony, and then finessed the other side to get a settlement we were all happy with. We're pleased and grateful to him for all his hard work. Sincerely, Dear Jeffrey Nadrich and the Staff of Nadrich & Cohen, LLP I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the hard work that you and your staff provided me in connection with my unfortunate accident of March 13, 2001. As you know, I tore the meniscus in my left knee, requiring surgery due to a major impact auto accident with another driver which was the other driver's fault. Because, at first, the insurance company was giving me the run around, I requested a friend to refer me to an aggressive personal injury law firm. I was recommended Jeffrey Nadrich of Nadrich & Cohen, LLP. It turned out to be the best thing I ever did. The lawyers and support staff at Nadrich & Cohen, LLP were extremely informative, responsive and took care of everything concerning my car, the insurance and obtaining the best medical providers for me since I did not have an orthopedic surgeon to perform the procedure to my knee. They then turned their guns on the insurance company and obtained for me a policy limits settlement for the most amount possible. They then resolved all of my outstanding bills with the medical providers entirely to my satisfaction. I was extremely happy with the net settlement to me at the end of the case. I would recommend the Law Offices of Nadrich & Cohen, LLP to anyone who needs a strong personal injury law firm to fight the insurance companies. Please feel free to contact me at any time. Yours truly, I would just like to express my gratitude and total satisfaction with the outcome and handling of my case, and will always know who to refer anyone to if they need great representation. Sincerley, December 13, 2002 To Whom It May Concern: This has been the best experience a person could have in the face of
a bad situation; that is, my automobile accident. Thank you all! L. L. To Jeffrey Nadrich and Nancy Youngblood Re: 2001 Automobile Accident Last Christmas Eve I was involved in a serious car accident in Lake Tahoe, California. The accident was not my fault and my 2000 Nissan Xterra was a total loss. Even though the accident was not my fault, the insurance company gave me a great deal of trouble by not cooperating with me concerning my car damage car and providing us with a rental car. Because I am a paralegal at a large downtown Los Angeles law firm, I believed I could handle the claim alone and deal with the insurance companies without the aid of a personal injury lawyer. How I was mistaken! Both my insurance company and the other parties gave me the complete runaround and did not cooperate at all. Being a paralegal did not help. When it was hopeless, I went to the internet and searched for personal injury lawyers. I wanted a personal injury law firm that was in California and large enough to handle a matter where I had medical treatment in southern California, even though the accident was in Northern California. I was very impressed by the Nadrich & Cohen, LLP website for its content and helpful information on how I could take care of my auto claim myself. Since I wasn't getting anywhere, I knew that I needed help. I contacted Nadrich & Cohen, LLP and spoke to Jeffrey Nadrich personally. I couldn't believe how open and responsive he was to my problems. I decided to allow the law firm to represent me and to take care of the problems with my car and help me to get the best settlement for my personal injury claim. Well, it turned out their results were beyond my expectations. Not only did they turn the insurance company around and get my property damage claim resolved, they got me reimbursed for all my rental car expenses, my property damage deductible and, at the end, they got me a settlement of $30,000, when I was only expecting $7,500. Truthfully, I wasn't the most easiest client, however the staff, especially Nancy Youngblood was always very caring and helped me through this difficult period. I want to thank the Law Offices of Nadrich & Cohen, LLP for all their work. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone involved in an accident who needs a strong, aggressive injury law firm who will never give up and never back down. Thank you. I.M. Dear Mr. Nadrich: After significant treatment, my neck injury, incurred as the result of an AMTRAC train wreck, I believe I will always have difficulty turning my head to the right. That's the bad news. The good news is that I believe you and your able staff did excellent work on my behalf. Your personal negotiations along the efforts of Nancy Youngblood and Larry Jordan were very much appreciated. I especially enjoyed speaking with real people who had personal knowledge of my case. There were no phone buttons to press, no musical recordings, and no inadvertent hang-ups. In this age of impersonal relations, your firm proved to be a very welcome exception. Fallbrook, CA Dear Jeffrey, I have signed the documents at all the places indicated. Its been a haul and I am anxious as you to bring this matter to a conclusion. I have one last request to make. Please see what you can do to have the therapist lower his bill for whatever amount you can convince him off. I understand everyone's limitations including mine, but this will greatly help me out. This is a genuine request, and I am sure you will put in your best personal effort, just as you have done in the past. I also want to take this opportunity to thank you for all your help. Everyone at your office involved has been very professional, helpful, and patient. Please extend my thanks to Ms. Sylvia Munoz and Mr. Larry Jordan. Please call me at your earliest convenience and let me know what kink of luck you have with the therapist. Once again I am absolutely sure that you will try and do all you can, for the little guy here. Thanks again. Take care. LaHabra Heights, CA Nadrich & Cohen, LLP is the only firm that I would consider if I ever needed an attorney again. There level of professionalism and care was incredible. They tended to all my medical needs very efficiently and answered all my mundane questions. Both Larry and Jeff were great and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to staying in touch with them. Sincerely, I just wanted to say thank you to you and Nancy for all your help in this matter. You both have been really great. God forbid a family member or friend would have something like this happen to them, but if they do I will most definitely recommend you to them. May God be with you all. San Bernardino, CA June 19, 2004 Dear Larry, I just wanted to let you know how much Jack and I appreciate all of the help, support and perseverance in setting the financial details of my settlement that you gave us!! The whole experience was so stressful and your professionalism and supportive and kind personality really made it so much easier for me to deal with. Thanks so much. Sincerely, June 18, 2004 Good morning Sylvia! Hope this letter finds you well. It was very nice speaking with you earlier in the week! I mentioned you in one of the meetings I had to attend this morning. Two of the people there were complaining because their attorneys' paralegals are, apparently, rude and not very good at their jobs. One made the comment, "Most of the paralegals I've known really suck." I told him my attorney's paralegal, Sylvia, is magnificent. This kicked off something of a debate in the room (there were about 75-80 people present, many of whom were either doctors, lawyers, or legal staff of same) and most seemed hostile to the guys who were critical of people in your profession. I found myself in the middle of the impromptu debate and was asked to explain, so I told the whole room the truth-- I said that in your sincerity, striving and caring, that you are unequaled in the legal, medical support staff and business profession. I told them that you had pulled my backside out of the fire on at least three occasions, (I was esp thinking about the medical records fiasco I caused on the way up to LA--if I hadn't had them Dr. Fuller's staff made clear they would NOT have seen me) that you are ALWAYS courteous, professional and check in with me on a regular basis--all while handling God knows how many other clients; juggling the demands of twin two year olds and a husband (many women in the audience voiced their knowing support at that) I told the people there that you have the heart of a lion, the determination of a mud marine, your feats are legendary and you have the strength of an elephant. Nadrich is lucky--VERY lucky--to have you. Throughout the dark night of this whole personal ordeal of my accident and the tremendous physical pain that has accompanied it YOU have been a bright, shining light I could always count on. I'm more of a writer instead of a talker; I can be a little shy in certain situations. When I met you my voice just deserted me. I remember staring lamely at the parking validation in your hand. What can I say? Your presence was very powerful. I hope we get the chance to talk again-- next time I won't act like a junior high kid meeting a rock star (grin). A little girl was once assigned to give a report on the philosopher Socrates. She wrote, in part: "Socrates was a philosopher--he talked and wrote a lot." They poisoned him. Not wanting to be poisoned, I'll stop now (grin). Thank You. Thank You. Thank You, Sylvia, for all you've done. - T Dear Larry, I have enclosed the original release which was faxed to your office earlier today. I would like to thank you, and any other staff members at Nadrich and Cohen, LLP who performed or provided assistance in connection with my personal injury claim. Paramount, CA Mr. Nadrich, Remember when I first called you about this case? I received my first settlement check and want to thank you and your staff for getting through this. Also, please express my appreciation to Nancy Youngblood for keeping me on top of things. Nadrich & Cohen, LLP have been a blessing to me. They took care of all of the issues and paperwork from my accident, which was a huge stress reliever for me. Thanks to them I know I got a much better settlement than I ever would have without them. Sherman Oaks, CA June 29, 2004 Dear Mr. Nadrich: Thank you so very much for forwarding to me the Trust Account Check in the amount of $6,666.67 representing my share of the full and final settlement in my case v. 21st Century Insurance Company. I very much appreciate the service your firm provided me in this matter, and I wish to express special thanks to Martin Fine for the professional and courteous manner in which he handled my case. I also wish to express my thanks to Larry Jordan and Nancy Youngblood who both wre very helpful in obtaining and processing all the information needed to complete my case. I will most certainly recommend your firm to anyone who needs a firm like yours to represent them. My sincere thanks again for your fine service to me. Sincerely yours,
