Jeff Nadrich

Jeffrey Nadrich, is a lawyer and partner of the firm Nadrich & Cohen LLP, in Los Angeles, with 18 additional offices throughout California.
Jeffrey first formed Nadrich & Associates in 1990 to represent families, loved one's, workers, and consumers who had been critically injured due to the negligence and willful conduct of others. Nadrich & Cohen LLP represents people who have been seriously injured from car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, dog bites, and in all types of personal injury related claims including defective products, defective premises, construction related chemical exposure, defective medical device and defective pharmaceutical drugs. Randal Neal Cohen, Chief Litigation Attorney

Randal Neal Cohen graduated from the University of California with honors in 1976. He was an English major with a minor in theater. Mr. Cohen immediately thereafter attended the University of San Diego School of Law. He graduated with a J.D. in 1979 and passed the bar that same year.

Randal Neal Cohen has been a practicing attorney since 1980. He has been a past or present member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Ventura County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. (Click hereto read more.)

Lawrence Jordan, Administrator

As our law firm's administrator, I bring my 16 years of legal experience to my job.

My various responsibilities include running our law firm's disbursement division, interfacing with client's settlement procedures and outcomes, interacting with medical providers on behalf of our client's in order to obtain billing reductions where appropriate so that our client's can achieve the very best settlement distribution. I am responsible for establishing new relationships with medical providers throughout the country in order to provide our client's with the very best medical care wherever they may be located. I maintain our law firm's database of health care providers.

I have been with the firm over 17 years. My job helping clients has proven to be a truly rewarding experience for me.

Nancy Youngblood, Paralegal/Office Manager

I have 18 years of pre-litigation and formal case litigation experience. I am dedicated to serving my clients. I am part of our highly skilled team which investigates, prepares, and present cases to insurance companies for settlement. I am responsible for investigation, identifying and contacting witnesses, photographing accident scenes, and gathering other physical evidence or assets. I am involved in every facet of the case. As office manager, I also serve as the liaison between the legal and accounting office of Nadrich & Cohen, LLP.

Katherine Durham, Bookkeeper

As the bookkeeper of the firm, it's my responsibility to maintain the firm's state of the art accounting system including the payment of all our vendors and our clients' medical providers. I love serving our clients.

 

 

 

Jackie Choi, Computer Tech Specialist

Information management is an important facet of our law firm. It is my job to ensure that the data in our servers are secure and that its distribution to all staff members is efficient. By solving technical problems within the office, I keep our systems current and updated so that our team has at all times state of the art computer systems to assist our clients.

 

Sylvia Munoz, Paralegal

I have been a personal injury paralegal for the past 13 years and have been with Nadrich & Cohen, LLP for over nine years. I interact with our clients on a daily basis. I set up their properly damage inspections and obtain rental vehicles or loss of use monies when available. I negotiate the best compensation for damaged or destroyed vehicles. I collect medical payments and ensure our clients are cared for by the best medical specialists available such as orthopedists, neurologists, and chiropractors. I speak fluent Spanish. I obtain all of our client's medical records and transmit them to the attorneys so that our law firm settlement briefs can be prepared and sent to the insurance companies in a timely fashion for settlement. I love my job assisting my clients.

Lizbet Agripino, Litigation Secretary

I have worked in various law offices since 1992.

I am the litigation secretary for the firm. I have been with the firm for over ten years. I am in charge of filing lawsuits, sending lawsuits out for service and dealing with all the court's various technical requirements. Since all documents are time sensitive, I am solely responsible for keeping track of all incoming and outgoing pleadings. I assist clients in answering discovery, as well as notifying them of any court, arbitration, deposition or mediation appearances. I work directly with the firm's litigation attorneys and have direct contact with all defense attorneys and secretaries. I love what I do.

Eric Valencia, Legal Assistant

I handle special projects, assist in the firm's file storage, office maintenance, computer maintenance, internet monitoring (www.personalinjurylawcal.com), legal word processing, shipping and receiving. I have been with the firm for over ten years.

 

 

Melissa Verduzco, Paralegal

I have been a personal injury paralegal for over six years and have been with Nadrich and Cohen for four years. I speak fluent Spanish. I obtain all of our client's medical records and transmit them to the attorneys so that our law firm settlement briefs can be prepared and sent to the insurance companies in a timely fashion for settlement. I speak to my clients almost daily. I love my job and my clients.

Khalid Elshorafa, Legal Assistant

I am the word processor for Randal Neal Cohen and Jeffrey Nadrich. I am also the assistant to the paralegals. I gather medical records and bills, follow up and collect medpay, set up and organize litigation files, organize new files, assist with the phones, obtain loss of earnings, request police reports, submit witness statements, submit letters of representation to insurance, doctors and clients, and file SR1 and SR19 forms.
