Jeffrey Nadrich, is a lawyer and partner of the firm Nadrich & Cohen LLP, in Los Angeles, with 24 additional offices throughout California. He first formed Nadrich & Associates in 1990 to represent families, loved ones, workers, and consumers who had been critically injured due to the negligence and willful conduct of others. Nadrich & Cohen, LLP represents people who have been seriously injured from car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, dog bites, defective products, dangerous premises, chemical exposure, defective medical devices and dangerous pharmaceutical drugs.
Randal Neal Cohen graduated from the University of California with honors in 1976. He was an English major, with a minor in theater. Mr. Cohen graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1979, passing the bar that same year. Mr. Cohen is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Ventura County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
Jennifer M. Poole, J.D.
For the past eight years, Ms. Poole has been the National Client Intake Coordinator for the law firm. Ms. Poole started working at Nadrich & Cohen, following her graduation from Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, New York. Ms. Poole has over thirteen years of experience assisting victims of personal injury, dangerous drugs, defective medical devices, nursing home neglect, wrongful death and chemical exposure.
Lawrence Jordan, Administrator
As the law firm’s administrator, Mr. Jordan is responsible for running our law firm’s disbursement division, interfacing with clients throughout the settlement process. As part of the settlement process, he interfaces with medical providers on behalf of our clients in order to obtain billing reductions where appropriate so that our clients can achieve the maximum settlement distribution. Mr. Jordan also establishes new relationships with medical providers throughout the country, in order to provide each client with the best medical care. Mr. Jordan has been with the firm for over 18 years.
Abel J. Pamatz, Client Intake Specialist
For over six years, Mr. Pamatz has been a member of the client intake team at Nadrich & Cohen. He assists new clients with completion of their initial paperwork and helps them obtain immediate medical care for their injuries. Mr. Pamatz has helped hundreds of California personal injury victims obtain medical treatment on a lien, which allows clients to receive immediate medical care without incurring any upfront cost. He is a Southern California native and a graduate of Otis College of Art and Design.
Lizbet Agripino, Litigation Paralegal
Ms. Agripino has worked in various law offices since 1992. She is the litigation secretary for Nadrich & Cohen, LLP. Ms. Agripino prepares lawsuits for filing. She assists clients in responding to the defendant’s discovery requests, as well as scheduling all court, arbitration, deposition and mediation appearances. Ms. Agripino works directly with the firm’s litigation attorneys. Ms. Agripino has been with the firm for over thirteen years.
Desiree Valenzuela, Paralegal
As a paralegal for Nadrich & Cohen LLP, Ms. Valenzuela assists clients in every way, including, negotiating the best settlement for their damaged vehicle. Her paralegal experience, education, and fluency in Spanish help her provide exceptional client service. Ms. Valenzuela communicates daily with clients, insurance adjusters, auto body shops and medical providers. She is able to get clients the treatment they need, by working with a network of medical providers, such as Chiropractors, Orthopedists, and Neurologists. Ms. Valenzuela is also responsible for obtaining medical records and preparing client files so that the attorneys can prepare settlement packages for submission to the insurance companies.
Eric Valencia, Legal Assistant
Mr. Valencia handles special projects, assists in the firm’s file storage, office maintenance, computer maintenance, internet monitoring, word processing, shipping, and receiving. He has been with the firm for thirteen years.
