Jeff Nadrich - Biography

Jeffrey Nadrich, an experienced trial lawyer, has represented         thousands of personal injury victims.  He has also represented victims         of insurance claim denials, disgruntled investors and shareholders, toxic         tort victims, business people, small businesses and public corporations.         Mr. Nadrich enjoys an excellent reputation throughout the legal community         and is known by the insurance companies and by their lawyers as a noted         and aggressive adversary.

Mr. Nadrich is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley,         having obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors.  He is a graduate         of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.  He         was admitted to the California Bar in 1976.  Mr. Nadrich was an intern         with the Securities and Exchange Commission.  In addition to his         extensive work work in representing personal injury victims, Mr. Nadrich         has extensive experience in all aspects of business, business litigation         and securities law.  Mr. Nadrich has been honored by being offered         a lecture position at the nationally renowned Hastings College of the         Law, annual college of advocacy program.  He has appeared on numerous         television and radio shows and is a recognized leader in his field.

Jeffrey Nadrich is also active in advancing the rights of consumers through         his support and commitment to consumer advocate groups including the Consumer         Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Association of American Trial         Lawyers.  He is or has been a member of the the State Bar of California,         Los Angeles County Bar Association, U.C. Berkeley Alumni Association,         Hastings 1066 Foundation, Hastings College of the Law Alumni Association         and the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.  He has been honored by         Who's Who's in California and is a recipient of the Golden State Award.      

Mr. Nadrich has been active in the environmental justice movement by         representing property owners whose properties have been contaminated by         Fortune 500 Companies who have operated toxic polluting facilities and/or         underground storage tanks in their neighborhoods.  Among his victories         is the settlement of a 47 plaintiff lawsuit for environmental property         damage against a Fortune 500 corporation resulting from the lead contamination         to adjacent homeowners properties.  Mr. Nadrich obtained a settlement         of close to $1,000,000.00 on behalf of the property owners.  He has         performed extensive community service work in this area and has worked         with renowned Civil Rights groups in seeking environmental justice for         all communities.

Mr. Nadrich has tried numerous cases and has participated in countless         arbitrations and settlements. His philosophy is goal-oriented with         the only goal in mind to obtain the best possible results for his clients.          His first priority is the success of the client's claims.           Jeffrey Nadrich views his job as a sacred trust.  He is proud to         represent consumers against insurance companies and corporations.
