Toyota Sudden Acceleration

Post-recall Toyotas are still subject to Sudden Acceleration Problems

Unfortunately, Federal officials at NHTSA have received thus far over 100 complaints from Toyota owners, who state that even after the repair by Toyota per the recalls that their vehicles continue to experience sudden acceleration. It is clear that the repair or fix which Toyota says is mechanical is incorrect. Toyota’s recalls did not fully address the sudden acceleration problems. Toyota has been extremely slow and reluctant to acknowledge that its electronics systems are to blame. So far, there have been two recalls covering 5.6 million vehicles in the United States for sudden acceleration issues. Thus far, there have been over 50 deaths linked to sudden acceleration in Toyota recalled cars.
