California Tire Separation Lawyers

Jeffrey Nadrich and Nadrich & Cohen and California Tire Separation and California Detread Tire Cases

Obviously, tires are one of the most important and overlooked safety parts of your car. A tire that is aged is literally an accident waiting to happen. Few drivers know what age their tires are. The problem with aged tires is that the rubber can dry out and make the aged tire more prone to blowouts and tread separations. We are tire tread separation lawyers handling tread separation serious injury cases throughout California and throughout the country.

Unfortunately, tires can and do sit on store shelves for years and years yet are still ultimately sold to the consumer as new. There are no age restrictions on tires for sale in the United States. A retailer can literally sell a ten year old tire as a new tire. In truth, tires have a useful life of no more than six years. Never buy a tire that is more than four years old!

We and our co-counsel have proven that tire manufacturers and automobile manufacturers have known of the dangers of aged tires since the 60's.
They have done nothing to warn consumers of the dangers of an aged tire and not to buy a tire beyond its expiration date.

You can check the tire’s age by checking the identification number on the side wall that begins with the letters DOT. The last four digits represent the week and year the tire was manufactured.

Jeffrey Nadrich and Nadrich & Cohen and their co-counsel have decades of successful representation and litigation against the tire industry on behalf of serious injury victims. If you or a loved one purchased an aged tire, there was a tire separation with a serious injury, let us help you. Our tire separation lawyers are waiting for your call.
