Littlerock DUI Accident Leads to Fatality
Littlerock, CA (September 5, 2018) – A motorcyclist was killed in DUI crash in Littlerock. The fatal accident occurred on Highway 138 on the afternoon of September 5.
Two motorcycles and a Nissan collided on Highway 138 near 72nd Street East. Michael Oden, 40, of Llano was driving a Nissan east on Highway 138 when he turned left. Two motorcyclists riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles were behind him.
One of the motorcycles slammed into the Nissan. The motorcyclist was ejected from his bike and died at the accident scene. That motorcycle then collided with the second motorcycle. The rider of the second bike, James Seier, 28, of Port Hueneme suffered injuries to his right arm.
Oden suffered chest pain in the accident. He was arrested for driving under the influence. He is currently in jail on $100,000 bail.
