Pine Valley, CA (February 6, 2019) – A multi-vehicle crash in Pine Valley has left one person dead and others with minor injuries. The accident occurred on the morning of February 6 on Interstate 8.

Four vehicles were involved in the crash, which was caused by a truck spinning out on the icy roadway. The truck then hit the railing on a bridge. Three other vehicles then hit the truck. One person was killed in the crash. The person who died was a Good Samaritan. The 32-year-old man had stopped to help the driver who crashed into the bridge, only to accidentally fall over the bridge and die.

One person was hospitalized with minor injuries. A 4-month-old baby was involved in the accident.
