Jamul Hit and Run Accident Leads to Fatality
Jamul, CA (July 27, 2018) – A woman was killed in pedestrian crash in Jamul. The accident happened on the morning of July 27 at SR-94 and Steele Canyon Road.
The female pedestrian was hit by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle initially stopped at the accident scene, checked on the victim and them drove off without offering medical assistance.
Emergency crews arrived and transported the woman to a local hospital, where she later died. The vehicle that hit the woman was described as a red SUV. Police are still investigating the accident.
