Redding, CA (January 14, 2019) – A driver was killed after losing control of a pickup truck in Redding. The fatal crash occurred on the afternoon of January 14 on Old Oregon Trail.

The driver of the pickup truck sideswiped a vehicle driven by Redding resident Tatyana Bobrick, 49. She was traveling on Bear Mountain Road when she came to a stop at Old Oregon Trail. Bobrick was not injured in the crash.

The driver of the pickup truck did not stop and continued speeding down the road. The driver then lost control near La Crescenta Drive. The truck went off the road overturned, and hit multiple trees. The unidentified driver died at the accident scene.
