San Diego, CA (April 18, 2019) – Two people were injured in a rollover crash in San Diego. The accident occurred on the morning of April 18 on State Route 125.

An SUV lost control on southbound State Route 125 near Navajo Road. The vehicle hit the center divider and then rolled over several times. The vehicle came to rest on its roof. Two people were ejected from the SUV. They were hospitalized with unknown injuries.

The database contains medical device reports submitted to the FDA via its Alternative Summary Reporting Program from 1999 to 2019. Reports which were sent to this database were not, until recently, made public.
