2 Killed, 4 Injured in Crash at Highway 108 and Highway 120
2-Vehicle Accident in Jamestown Leads to Fatality
Jamestown, CA (July 15, 2018) – A crash in Jamestown has killed two people and injured four others. The fatal accident happened on the evening of July 15 at Highway 108 and Highway 120.
A Ford Fiesta, driven by Julieta Pisani-McCarthy, of Berkeley, was heading west on Highway 120. It turned left onto Highway 108 and crashed into a Toyota Camry.
The driver of the Camry, a 91-year-old Sonora man, suffered major injuries in the accident. He was airlifted to a local hospital, where he later died. His passenger, an 86-year-old woman, died at the accident scene.
Pisani-McCarthy suffered major injuries and was taken to a local hospital. The other occupants of the vehicle – Brian McCarthy, 49, and two children, ages 8 and 6 – suffered minor injuries and were taken to a local hospital.
