Williams, CA (October 6, 2019) – Two people were killed and four others were injured in a crash in Williams. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of October 6 on Highway 20.

Two vehicles collided on Highway 20, near Walnut Drive. A Toyota Camry was heading west on Highway 20 when the driver lost control of the car. It crossed into the opposite lane, hitting a Ford Expedition.

The driver of the Toyota, a 32-year-old woman, and the passenger, a 29-year-old woman, died at the accident scene. Both were from Oakland.

The driver of the Ford, Tamara Gomez, 61, of Rocklin was hospitalized with minor injuries. Three passengers were hospitalized with minor to major injuries: Jodi Richardson, 23, Martina Ortega, 17, and Angelica Ortega, 16. All are from Rocklin.
