Spring Valley, CA (April 4, 2019) – Three students were injured when a school bus stopped suddenly in Spring Valley. The incident occurred on the morning of April 4 at Bancroft Drive and Helix Street.

The La Mesa-Spring Valley School District bus was in an intersection when a vehicle pulled out in front of it. The bus had to swerve and stop abruptly. The bus did not crash, but three children were injured. They suffered minor injuries and were taken to a local hospital. There were nine students aboard the bus.
