Encino, CA (May 1, 2019) – Four people were injured when a police chase ended in a crash in Encino. The accident occurred on the morning of May 1 at Ventura Boulevard at Rubio Avenue.

A police chase involving a stolen car ended up in a crash at the intersection. Three vehicles were involved in the accident. Two Los Angeles Department police officers and two other motorists were injured. The police officers were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The other two were treated at the accident scene. The person driving the stolen vehicle was not involved in the crash and was able to escape.
