Visalia, CA (October 10, 2019) – One person was injured in a crash in Visalia. The accident occurred on the morning of October 10 on Highway 198.

Two vehicles collided on eastbound Highway 198, near Road 156. One person was hospitalized with major injuries. The crash damaged several poles and 70 feet of chain link fence and several poles damaged.

The database contains medical device reports submitted to the FDA via its Alternative Summary Reporting Program from 1999 to 2019.
