Car Slams Into Wall in Tracy Accident 

Tracy, CA (March 30, 2020) – One person suffered serious injuries in a crash in Tracy. The accident occurred on the morning of March 30 on Interstate 205.

Two cars were swerving and driving recklessly on eastbound Interstate 205, near Grant Line Road. One car slammed into a wall on the right shoulder. One person suffered major injuries in the crash. They were taken to a local hospital. The other vehicle fled the accident scene.

Zantac Lawsuits: A Status Update

Zantac (ranitidine) lawsuits in federal court are part of multi-district litigation (MDL) against Sanofi and Boehringer Ingelheim. The case is being handled in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and has been assigned to Judge Robin Rosenberg. There were 291 cases in the MDL as of August 6. This number will probably greatly increase in the future because so many people have taken the popular heartburn drug.

New York Child Victims Act Extended By One Year

you can file an anonymous sex trafficking lawsuit for compensation New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed a bill into law on Monday which will extend the Child Victims Act by a year. Child sex abuse survivors, including survivors of abuse at the hands of Boy Scouts of America or Catholic clergy, will now have until August 14, 2021 to file claims in New York. The signing allows survivors of all ages to file claims against their alleged abusers which would have previously been barred by time.
