Driver Veers Off Road in Fatal San Jose Accident

San Jose, CA (March 27, 2020) – One person was killed and another was injured in a crash in San Jose. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of March 27 at Ruby Avenue and Astrahan Lane.

A 33-year-old man was driving a Lexus through the intersection when he accidentally veered off the road. He slammed into a tree. He died at the accident scene. The passenger, a 35-year-old man, was injured and taken to a local hospital.
