1 Killed, 1 Injured in Crash at Watt and Myrtle Avenues

Police Chase Ends in Fatal North Highlands Accident

North Highlands, CA (October 26, 2020) – One person was killed and another was injured in a crash in North Highlands. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of October 26 at Watt and Myrtle avenues.

CHP attempted to pull over an Audi for a traffic stop when the Audi fled. When the Audi got to the intersection of Watt and Myrtle avenues, it hit two other vehicles. The driver and passenger of the Audi were both ejected.

The passenger died at the accident scene. The driver suffered major injuries and was taken to the hospital. The occupants of the other vehicles suffered minor injuries.
