1 Killed, 1 Injured in Crash on Highway 18 Near Apple Valley Road

4 Vehicles Involved in Fatal Apple Valley Accident

Apple Valley, CA (March 31, 2020) – One person was killed and another was injured in a multi-vehicle crash in Apple Valley. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of March 31 on Highway 18.

Four vehicles collided on Highway 18, near Apple Valley Road. First, a Toyota RAV4 was traveling west on Highway 18 when it was rear-ended by a Chrysler Town and Country van. The Toyota was pushed into the eastbound lanes due to the impact. It then collided with a Dodge van and a Toyota Highlander.

The Toyota RAV4 overturned in the crash. The female driver died at the accident scene. Someone inside the Dodge van was hospitalized with unknown injuries.
