1 Killed, 1 Injured in Crash on Interstate 5 Near Twisselman Road


Several Vehicles Collide in Fatal Lost Hills Accident

Lost Hills, CA (July 24, 2020) – One person was killed and another was seriously injured in a multi-vehicle accident in Lost Hills. The fatal accident occurred on July 24 on Interstate 5.

A group of motorcycles was traveling on northbound Interstate 5, near Twisselman Road. Two riders collided for unknown reasons. A Harley-Davidson veered onto the right shoulder. The other motorcycle, a Kawasaki, collided with a vehicle driven by Robert Barnard, 63. Barnard’s car then collided with a Kia driven by Victoria Villa Gomez, 36.

The 33-year-old rider on the Kawasaki driver was ejected onto the roadway. He died at the accident scene. The Harley-Davidson rider suffered moderate injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
