Mail Truck Crashes Into España Liquor Store in Fatal Spring Valley Accident

Spring Valley, CA (April 7, 2020) – A mail truck crashed into a liquor store in Spring Valley, killing the driver and injuring a customer. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of April 7 on Jamacha Boulevard.

The crash happened in the 9500 block of Jamacha Boulevard. A mail truck was heading east when it veered across traffic and jumped a curb. It then crashed into a Jeep that was parked outside the España Liquor store. The mail truck kept going, crashing into the store. It got stuck near the front counter.

The driver, a 50-year-old man, was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. He had suffered a medical issue before the accident. A customer suffered a moderate injury and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
