Henry Duffy Arrested for DUI in Fatal San Bernardino Accident
San Bernardino, CA (July 16, 2020) – One person was killed and two others were injured in a crash in San Bernardino. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of July 16 on Base Line Street.
Henry Duffy, 29, of Adelanto, was driving a Chevy Malibu on Base Line Street when he ran a red light. He hit a Honda Civic and Chevrolet Silverado that were attempting to turn left at a stop sign. The driver of the Civic was taken to a local hospital, where they later died. The driver and passenger of the Silverado were also injured and taken to a local hospital.
Duffy fled the accident scene on foot. He later turned himself in and was arrested for DUI and vehicular manslaughter.
