1 Killed, 2 Injured in Crash on Highway 1 at Rice Avenue

2 Vehicles Collide in Fatal Oxnard Accident

Oxnard, CA (June 6, 2020) – One person was killed and two others were injured in a crash in Oxnard. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of June 6 on Highway 1 at Rice Avenue. 

A Lexus RX300 and a Nissan Rogue were involved in the crash. The driver of the Lexus was traveling on northbound Highway 1 while the Nissan was stopped at a red light at Rice Boulevard. The Lexus rear-ended the Nissan. The Nissan stopped in the center median, while the Lexus ended up in a ditch.

An unidentified woman from Oxnard was killed in the crash. Two others were injured.
