Driver Dies in Head-on Accident in Miranda

Miranda, CA (November 27, 2019) – A man was killed and a woman was injured in a head-on crash in Miranda. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of November 27 on U.S. 101.

An SUV was heading south on U.S. 101, near Salmon Creek Road, when the driver collided head-on with a Ford Excursion driven by 45-year-old Teresa Bowles of Healdsburg

The driver of the SUV, an identified man, died at the accident scene.  A passenger suffered major injuries, while Bowles suffered moderate injuries. They were taken to separate hospitals for treatment.
