24-Year-Old Man Killed in Single-Car Accident in San Jose

San Jose, CA (November 24, 2018) – A man was killed and three others were injured in a DUI crash in San Jose. The fatal accident happened on the morning of November 24 on Interstate 280.

The crash occurred when a BMW E350 sedan went off the connector from northbound state Highway 17 to southbound 280. The driver veered off the road and hit a tree. The BMW then rolled several times.

There were four men in the BMW. All were taken to a local hospital to be treated for their injuries. One person, a 24-year-old man, later died.
