San Jose, CA (November 19, 2019) – One person was killed and eight others were injured in a multi-vehicle crash in San Jose. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of November 19 at Alum Rock and Jackson avenues.

A man was driving a Honda sedan on Alum Rock Avenue when he collided with a Tesla. The Honda continued on, hitting a Dodge Durango. Two men inside the Honda were rescued by emergency crews. Both were taken to a local hospital. One later died, while the other is in critical condition. Seven others were injured, but their conditions are unknown.

The driver of the Honda fled the accident scene on foot. He is approximately 40 years old with a thin build. He was wearing a red jersey.
