Police Chase Leads to Fatal Pomona Accident

Pomona, CA (February 3, 2021) – One person was killed in a crash in Pomona. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of February 3 at San Antonio Avenue and Philadelphia Street.

A police officer attempted to pull over a vehicle in the area, but the driver failed to stop. The officer pursued the vehicle briefly before the vehicle crashed into another car at the intersection. The driver of the other vehicle died at the accident scene. The suspect fled the crash site on foot.
