Driver Runs Stop Sign in Fatal Morgan Hill Accident

Fatal Accident

Morgan Hill, CA (January 13, 2020) – One person was killed in a crash in Morgan Hill. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of January 13 at Sutter Boulevard and Jarvis Drive. 

Police officers found two vehicles on the shoulder of the road at the intersection. One of the vehicles had run a stop sign, causing the crash. A man was trapped inside one of the vehicles. Emergency crews rescued him, but he died at the accident scene. The other driver stayed at the scene.

A case study published in the European Respiratory Journal in December 2019 described a 49-year-old in California who developed hard-metal pneumoconiosis after using e-cigarettes for only six months.
