1 Killed in Crash on 5 Freeway Near El Toro Road


Multiple Vehicles Involved in Fatal Lake Forest Accident

Lake Forest, CA (June 20, 2020) – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Lake Forest. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of June 20 on the 5 Freeway.

Approximately 4-5 vehicles collided on the southbound 5 Freeway, near El Toro Road. It is unknown why the crash occurred, but one person allegedly wanted to jump in front of traffic. One person was killed in the accident. It is unknown if the person who died was the one who jumped into traffic.
