Vehicle Goes Over Embankment in Fatal Downey Accident

Downey, CA (November 3, 2019) – One person was killed in a crash in Downey. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of November 3 on the 605 Freeway.

A vehicle went over an embankment on the northbound 605 Freeway, near Florence Avenue. One person was ejected from the vehicle and killed. Another person remained inside the vehicle.

A case study published in the European Respiratory Journal in December 2019 described a 49-year-old in California who developed hard-metal pneumoconiosis after using e-cigarettes for only six months.
