1 Killed in Crash on East Mission Road


Van, Commercial Truck Collide in Fatal Fallbrook Accident 

Fallbrook, CA (March 18, 2020) – One person was killed in a crash in Fallbrook. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of March 18 on East Mission Road.

A delivery van was heading east on East Mission Road, near Fallen Leaf Lane, when it swerved into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with an Isuzu NRR commercial truck.

The driver of the van, a 62-year-old man from Murrieta, was rescued from the vehicle. He died on the way to the hospital. The driver of the commercial truck, a 62-year-old man from Lake Forest, was not injured.
