1 Killed in Crash on Highway 41 Near Riverdale Avenue


Amber Sexton Arrested for DUI in Fatal Riverdale Accident

Riverdale, CA (November 10, 2020) – One person was killed in a crash in Riverdale. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of November 10 on Highway 41.

Amber Sexton, 33, was driving a U-Haul truck on southbound Highway 41, near Riverdale Avenue, when she lost control. The U-Haul collided head-on with a Honda Civic.

The driver of the Honda Civic, a 23-year-old man, suffered serious injuries. He was airlifted to a hospital, where he later died. 

Sexton suffered moderate injuries and was taken to a local hospital. She was later arrested for DUI.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to the friends and loved ones of the victim.
