Road Rage, Speed Contribute to Fatal National City Accident

Fatal Accident

National City, CA (November 2, 2019) – One person was killed in a road rage incident in National City. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of November 2 on Roosevelt Avenue.

A Ford Mustang flew off the northbound lanes of Interstate 5. It landed onto Roosevelt Avenue and collided with a trailer truck. Right before the crash, the drivers of the Mustang and a Chrysler 300 were speeding and arguing with each other. That was when the Mustang lost control, rolled and hit the trailer truck. The driver of the Mustang was taken to a local hospital, where they later died.

A case study published in the European Respiratory Journal in December 2019 described a 49-year-old in California who developed hard-metal pneumoconiosis after using e-cigarettes for only six months.
