Ten Suffers Moderate Injuries in Fatal Knights Landing Accident

Knights Landing, CA (February 21, 2020) – A man was killed in a head-on crash in Knights Landing. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of February 21 on Highway 99.

A 67-year-old man from Yuba City was traveling north on Highway 99, near Knights Road. The man went into the southbound lanes to pass a vehicle in front of him. He collided head-on with Amber Calonder, 18, of Knights Landing.

The man was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. Calonder suffered moderate injuries.
