1 Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on 60 Freeway Near Market Street

Pickup Truck Rolls Over in Fatal Riverside Accident

Riverside, CA (August 18, 2020) – A man was killed in a fiery rollover crash in Riverside. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of August 18 on the 60 Freeway.

The accident occurred in the eastbound lanes of the 60 Freeway, near Market Street. A Ford Ranger was traveling on the freeway when it crashed into the center median. It rolled over, ejecting the driver onto the road. A Ford F-150 then crashed into the Ranger and burst into flames. The Ranger was then hit by a semi truck and a Honda Civic collided with the F-150. The Honda also caught fire.

The driver of the Ford Ranger was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. The other drivers were treated at the accident scene.
