Woman Arrested in Fatal Richmond Accident

Richmond, CA (November 25, 2018) – A 1-year-old boy was killed on a busy roadway in Richmond. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of November 25 on Cutting Boulevard.

The boy was hit at by a car headed east on Cutting Boulevard, near South 17th Street. The female driver left the accident scene, but was later arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter.

The boy was taken to a hospital but later died. It is unknown why he was in the roadway.
