Mom Loses Control, Hits Tree in Fresno Accident
Fresno, CA (December 10, 2018) – Two children have been hospitalized after their mother lost control of the car she was driving and hit a tree in Fresno. The accident occurred on the evening of December 10 near Valentine and San Jose avenues.
The crash happened near an apartment complex. The woman, believed to be under the influence of prescription drugs and alcohol, lost control and hit a palm tree.
A 10-year-old male child fractured several bones in the crash. A younger sibling suffered minor injuries. Both were taken to a local hospital. The mother also suffered minor injuries. Police are seeking felony DUI and child endangerment charges against the mother.
