Car Slams Into Mar Y Tierra Restaurant in Covina Accident

Covina, CA (August 21, 2019) – Two people were injured when a car crashed into a restaurant in Covina. The accident occurred on the evening of August 21 on San Bernardino Road.

A Kia Sorento jumped the curb and slammed into the Mar Y Tierra restaurant, located in the 1100 block of San Bernardino Road. A wall of the restaurant was severely damaged. Two occupants of the Kia were injured and taken to a local hospital.
