SUV Hits Pedestrian in Pacoima Accident

Pedestrian Accident

Pacoima, CA (August 30, 2019) – Two people were injured in two separate but related crashes in Pacoima. The accidents occurred on the evening of August 30, with the first happening on Osborne Street and Glenoaks Boulevard, and the second occurring on San Fernando Road

Two people were at the intersection of Osborne Street and Glenoaks Boulevard when one of them, a woman, was hit by a Chevy Tahoe. The driver fled the accident scene, reaching speeds of up to 100 mph. As the SUV approached the 9900 block of San Fernando Road, the driver slammed on the brakes and the Tahoe went airborne. It then rolled over several times and slammed into a fence.

A pedestrian and a passenger in the Tahoe were injured in the crash. Both are hospitalized in stable condition.
