Union City, CA (November 30, 2019) – Two people were injured when their car was hit by a train in Union City. The accident occurred on the evening of November 30 on E Street.

A car accidentally turned onto the railroad tracks at Railroad Avenue and E Street. It was hit from behind. The train pushed the car 800 feet up the track before coming to a stop. Two people inside the car were injured. It is unknown is anyone inside the train was injured.
