Vehicles Involved in Fatal Head-on Accident in Westminster

Westminster, CA (November 21, 2019) – Two people were killed and two others were injured in a head-on crash in Westminster. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of November 21 at Beach Boulevard and Hazard Avenue.

Two vehicles collided head-on at the intersection for unknown reasons. One driver died at the accident scene. A passenger in that vehicle was taken to a local hospital, where they later died. Two others were also hospitalized. They are currently in critical condition.
