2 Killed, 2 Injured in Crash at Imperial Highway and 1st Avenue


4 Vehicles Involved in Fatal Whittier Accident

Whittier, CA (May 29, 2020) – A multi-vehicle crash in Whittier has killed two people and injured two others. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of May 29 at Imperial Highway and 1st Avenue.

Four vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons. Two of the vehicles were a Toyota Tundra and a Dodge Challenger. One car caught fire and two people were trapped inside the vehicle. Both died at the accident scene. Two others were injured and taken to a local hospital.
