Car Flies Off Freeway in Fatal North Highlands Accident

North Highlands, CA (August 27, 2019) – Two people were killed when a car went flying off a freeway in North Highlands. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of August 27 on Capital City Freeway.

A car was speeding on the northbound Capital City Freeway at the Watt Avenue off-ramp when it left the roadway. The car went over a ravine and hit several trees. Two men in their 30s were inside the car. They died at the accident scene.
