Big Rig, Sedan Collide in Fatal Sacramento Accident

Sacramento, CA (December 3, 2019) – Two people were killed in a crash in Sacramento. The fatal accident occurred on December 3 on Highway 16 at Eagles Nest Road.

A semi truck was heading east on Highway 16 and a Honda Civic was going northbound on Eagles Nest Road. The Civic pulled out onto Highway 16 and was T-boned by the semi truck. The driver and passenger in the Civic, an adult male and an adult female, were both killed in the crash. The driver of the semi truck was not injured, but was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
