2 Killed in Crash on Interstate 15 Near Rasor Road


Semi Truck Hits Tow Truck in Fatal Baker Accident

Baker, CA (July 30, 2020) – Two people were killed in a crash in Baker. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of July 30 on Interstate 15. 

A truck driver was helping a stranded motorist on Interstate 15, near Rasor Road. The GMC tow truck was providing assistance to a Chevrolet with a flat tire. A Freightliner on the road left the lane, drifted onto the shoulder and collided with the tow truck. 

The tow truck driver, a 43-year-old man from Barstow, and the driver of the Chevrolet, a 39-year-old man from Ohio, were both killed in the crash. A 41-year old female and two children from Granada Hills were inside the Chevrolet. They were injured and taken to a local hospital. The truck driver, a 23-year-old man from Apple Valley, was not injured.

New York Child Victims Act Extended By One Year

you can file an anonymous sex trafficking lawsuit for compensation New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed a bill into law on Monday which will extend the Child Victims Act by a year. Child sex abuse survivors, including survivors of abuse at the hands of Boy Scouts of America or Catholic clergy, will now have until August 14, 2021 to file claims in New York. The signing allows survivors of all ages to file claims against their alleged abusers which would have previously been barred by time.
