2 Vehicles Collide in Palm Desert Accident

Palm Desert, CA (July 11, 2020) – Three people were injured in a crash in Palm Desert. The accident occurred on the evening of July 11 at Gerald Ford Drive and Portola Avenue.

Two vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons. One person was ejected from a vehicle. Three people were injured. One suffered serious injuries, while the others suffered minor to moderate injuries.

New York Child Victims Act Extended By One Year

you can file an anonymous sex trafficking lawsuit for compensation New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed a bill into law on Monday which will extend the Child Victims Act by a year. Child sex abuse survivors, including survivors of abuse at the hands of Boy Scouts of America or Catholic clergy, will now have until August 14, 2021 to file claims in New York. The signing allows survivors of all ages to file claims against their alleged abusers which would have previously been barred by time.
