Lake Elsinore, CA (August 7, 2019) – Three people were injured in a head-on crash in Lake Elsinore. The accident occurred just after noon on August 7 on Collier Avenue.

A truck and a sedan collided head-on on Collier Avenue, near Chaney Street. The cause of the crash is unknown. The driver of the sedan had to be rescued by firefighters. The victim suffered serious injuries. 

The driver and a child in the truck were also injured. They were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
